Today, RÚV English Radio looks ahead to a fun day in Selfoss.
As RÚV English Radio listeners may know (https://www.ruv.is/english/2023-11-22-ruv-english-radio-fka-new-icelandersreykjanes-latest-397932), FKA, the Association of Businesswomen in Iceland (https://fka.is/english/) exists to support women as they manage and grow their business in Iceland, while its New Icelanders Committee focuses on businesswomen of foreign origin in the country.
This Saturday, 28 September, the committee hosts "Hello Selfoss!", a fun day in the town for any woman in business in Iceland, who wants to meet others and find out more about the support that FKA can give.
Darren met with FKA New Icelanders Committee chair Michelle Bird, for a quick tour of just some of the locations which will be visited on Saturday.
