Jaclyn Poucel Árnason is an American artist, mother, and former footballer, living in Akranes with her husband and daughter.

Jaclyn is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania in the United States, but has made her husband's hometown of Akranes her home too.

Darren travelled to her exhibition in Akranes to see her work and hear her story - and to learn of her plans to bring a new permanent gallery to the town.
