Ugrow (https://ugrow.is/) seeks to make job opportunities more accessible and transparent for workers, particularly immigrants navigating the Icelandic job market. Ugrow was founded by three immigrant women—Valenttina, Veronika, and Kathryn Gunnarsson, founder of Geko (https://geko.is/).
