Iceland is a big coffee-drinking nation, especially with its heat and caffeine being of assistance during the months of cold and dark.

Holly Keyser opened the Skool Beans Cafe (https://skoolbeans.com/) in Vík in 2020. Housed in an old school bus, the "micro roaster (and tea lab)" brings great coffee to the south coast.

Darren met Holly just before Christmas to hear how she shares her love of coffee with her customers - and the story of how this bus ended up living its best life!
