We kick off with the new name with a show from Vallanes, near Egilsstaðir, in East Iceland.
Móðir Jörð (https://modirjord.is/en/) is an independent family owned organic farm and food producer in Vallanes. They grow cereals and various types of vegetables, and the farm is open for visits from May - October.
On a very warm September day, Darren went to meet Eygló Björk Ólafsdóttir, who owns and runs the farm with her husband Eymundur.
