Today, RÚV English Radio hears about a new musical initiative, launched last weekend.
Litla Gróðurhúsa familia (https://www.facebook.com/LGF.is and https://www.instagram.com/grodurhusa.familia/) is a multicultural initiative that aims to offer artists in Iceland an accessible and inclusive space to publicise their work. The series takes place in a greenhouse in the heart of Reykjavík, at the capital's Nordic House (https://nordichouse.is/en/), in the form of interviews and live musical performances.
The first series consists of 8 episodes in which Icelandic musicians talk about their work and the most important aspects of Icelandic society.
Darren spoke to curator José Luis Anderson, who also performs as ANDERVEL (https://www.andervel.com/), to hear more.
