Evelyn Ýr is a passionate advocate for the breed, and plans to open an exhibition about the dogs alongside her horse farm and accommodation just south of Varmahlíð, in North West Iceland (https://www.fjarhundur.is/en).
Darren went to meet her, and her two beautiful Icelandic Sheepdogs.
