Today, RÚV English Radio meets Kristin Sevaldsen, a Norwegian saxophonist, composer, and music producer, whose new project incorporates the sounds of Iceland.
"The Sonic Experience - Iceland" is released today. Over the past 2 years, Kristin has been to Iceland several times to gather
field recordings for the album, mainly in Reykjavik and Stödvarfjördur, where she also had an artist residency at The Fishfactory Creative Centre.
Kristin joins Darren from her home in Norway to talk about the album, the second in a trilogy.
