<p data-block-key="uibdf">Civil Defence led a press conference at 3pm about the earthquake swarm on the Reykjanes Peninsula - and any possible eruption.</p><ul><li data-block-key="c0cs4">Víðir Reynisson, Civil Defence lead and chief superintendent of the Office of the National Commissioner of the Police chaired the conference and reviewed the situation.</li><li data-block-key="8sac5">Also at the meeting: Kristín Jónsdóttir, Head of Department, Volcanos, earthquakes &amp; [land] deformation, Fannar Jónasson, mayor of Grindavík, and Kristinn Hardarson and Páll Erland, managers of electricity provider HS Orka and HS Veitna, respectively.</li></ul>
